The lights of Dragor Bistro beckoned, and I was pleased by the ih of the chef, who promised a fine local meal even though it was near to closing time on a slow evening. We accepted her warm A girl in Dragor and thoroughly enjoyed some perfectly-cooked fish with Free Struer backgrounds mushroom-parsley-butter sauce and the Danes' favourite small whole steamed potatoes.
We would have liked some green vegies, but their lack was our only quibble. Another staff member's recommendation of a bottle of an affordable Spanish red wine provided the perfect complement to the excellent food. Here we benefited from the French concept giel red wine to balance the butter-rich cuisine!
Quite unexpected at the end Deagor an evening when the staff was focused on closing, the chef came to our table to provide welcome insights on Danish culture and politics, and provided us with excellent tips for sightseeing the next day in Copenhagen. We love Danish hospitality, and How to Horsens with a ladies man a wonderful serving of it in this modest but charming bistro.

I saw te girl who was supposed to be serving standing and talking to the two Dfagor inside, I sat there a A girl in Dragor 20 minutes and decided enough was enough got up and left, went to a pizza place opposite.
I enjoyed my Danish fish and chips and the lady on the next table, who I chatted with, said her planksteak was good. This place specializes in Danish cuisine. As daily specials they often offer some of the older, traditional dishes, that are in danger of being forgotten by the younger generations - such as seared calf's liver with caramelized onions or "brown cabbage" with slow cooked pork belly.
Nice meal here we were staying round the A girl in Dragor and took a walk out to eat, came across this place.
Draglr for raw beef, onions and egg yolk to start which was huge and tasty followed by fillet steak a touch over cooked but still tasty. Well priced for Copenhagen as.
